Delivery of goods is made by our own fleet of dedicated delivery vehicles. We aim to have 97% of the products featured on this website available from stock at any given time.

Our fully integrated computer system gives total visibility of stock across the country and our sophisticated order-level software ensures we have the right stock at the right place. Our standard lead-times are as follows:

• Items ex-stock at your local depot: 24 hours within 20-mile radius of depot, 48 hours elsewhere in the UK or Ireland
• Items not in stock at your local depot, but available at our Central Distribution Centre or another depot: Within 7 days
• Not currently in stock: Dependent on supplier availability. Please check when placing your order.
• Credit card orders placed throuth this website will be delivered within 2-3 working days to any UK address, subject to availability. Should the item not be in stock we will contact you for further instructions.

If your order is particularly urgent, please let us know at the time of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. For a small additional payment, we are able to arrange an overnight delivery from any depot to your site. Please call for current prices. We are able to offer suitable alternative products from stock.

For regular orders, why not consider scheduled deliveries. This will ensure that we always have the items you require in stock locally for delivery on the days you require. Alternatively, an allocation (or call-off) order will ensure that we always have the item you require in stock for your call off when your needs dictate.

We are also able to offer our customers support for their JiT and Kanban systems with deliveries direct to production lines if required. Your Account Manager will be pleased to discuss your specific requirements with you.

Finally, for customers with a large but erratic usage of any product, our Consignment Stock system may suit you best. You have the product in stock in your warehouse for immediate usage as you require, but we invoice you monthly just for the product you have actually used. You get the benefit of immediate stock availability, without having to finance a large stock holding.
